JJ Sulin JJ Sulin grew up in Chicago, where his love of photography began at age 10 when he got a camera for Christmas. Combining the mundane, slightly odd and often humorous aspects of life, his photographs form a distinct vision and a unique world. He currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. His offbeat imagery has been featured in editorials for BMW Magazine, Disney, Dwell, Fortune, Guitar World, Metropolitan Home and Tribune Magazine. His commercial clients include Kraft, Air Tran Airways, AT&T, Gatorade, Hard Rock Hotel, Jim Beam, McDonald’s, Miller Beer, Nestle, Purex and the U.S. Army. JJ’s work has been recognized by the Art Director’s Guild, Print Magazine, Archive, Communication Arts and the AIGA 360 Design Annual. Currently, JJ is the Art Director for the literary/art Magazine Canteen.
